As part of its commitment to access, Pfizer provides charitable donations to independent, non-profit charitable organizations, which support eligible patients who need help paying their out-of-pocket expenses, including co-pays or co-insurance. In 2015, Pfizer donated over $20 million to co-pay foundations for a range of disease states.*

To qualify for free medicine through the Pfizer Patient Assistance Program, patients must:

  • Meet income guidelines, which vary by product and household size
  • Have no prescription coverage, or not enough coverage, to pay for their medicine
  • Live in the United States, Puerto Rico, or US Virgin Islands
  • Be treated by a health care professional licensed in US/PR
