Pfizer RxPathways: Connecting Patients to the Help They Need

For more than 25 years, Pfizer has offered a number of assistance programs to help eligible patients access their prescription medicines.
Now, to answer patients’ changing needs and make our services more accessible, we’ve combined our existing programs into one program called Pfizer RxPathways.

Pfizer RxPathways, formerly Pfizer Helpful Answers, is a comprehensive assistance program that provides eligible patients with a range of support services, including insurance counseling, co-pay assistance,* and access to medicines for free or at a savings.

Answer a few questions to find out which services may be right for you.

Do you have prescription coverage for your medicines?
close

Patients with prescription coverage have insurance for their prescription medicines either through commercial/private plans (eg, United Healthcare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Express Scripts, and Aetna) or the government (eg, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, TRICARE®, VA Coverage).

Patients without prescription coverage do not have insurance to help them pay for their prescription medicines.

How many people are in your household?
close

Include yourself, spouse, children, grandchildren, and anyone else (someone you claim as a tax exemption) living in your home.

What is your total yearly or monthly household income?
close

Household income is the total amount of money earned by the members of your household. If you're married and live with your spouse, you must include both incomes and any other income earned by dependents (a person other than you or your spouse who you claim as a tax exemption) living with you.
