Financial Support: Third-Party Funding Resources*
Unable to afford your Pfizer medicine? For financial support information there are third-party resources that are wholly independent from Pfizer that may be able to help. Patients who need financial assistance should click the button below and complete the following to find out about available resources:
- Select the Pfizer product prescribed,
- Select the patient’s diagnosis (all FDA approved diagnoses are listed), and
- Enter all relevant information including Insurance Type, Support Type - for possible assistance with copayments for the Pfizer product prescribed, select: Copay Assistance**, State, Annual Household Income, and Number of People in the Household.
Once entered, patients can click the blue box at the bottom of the results page to download the Fund List.
If assistance is not available through third-party resources (no resources are found when conducting the search) or the patient has applied to and been denied by all relevant resources - patients should request denial documentation or reason for denial, if documentation is not provided. To separately apply for assistance through the Pfizer Patient Assistance Program, Pfizer may require patients to apply for all available funding sources and provide proof of denial prior to being considered for enrollment.
