When and how can patients enroll in the voluntary Medicare Prescription Payment Plan?

Medicare beneficiaries have the option to enroll in the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan during the Medicare Part D/Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period (which began on October 15th, 2024), as well as at any time during the plan year.
