Who can get help through the Pfizer Patient Assistance Program?
Answer
Both uninsured and underinsured patients may be eligible for help. To qualify for free medicine through the Pfizer Patient Assistance Program, patients must*:
- Seek assistance for a medicine available through the Pfizer Patient Assistance Program for an FDA approved indication.
- Meet income guidelines, which vary by product and household size: 300% FPL for Primary Care products (including Eucrisa) and 500% or 600% FPL for Specialty and Oncology products.
- Be an uninsured/government underinsured patient. Commercially insured patients are not eligible.
- Be treated by a healthcare provider licensed in an outpatient setting in the United States, Puerto Rico, or US Virgin Islands.
- Live in the United States, Puerto Rico, or US Virgin Islands.
