Do you require proof of US citizenship as part of the application process?
Pfizer does not require proof of US citizenship, but it does require that applicants have a US address.
I’m an uninsured patient and I’ve been prescribed a Pfizer medicine. Do I have to apply to Medicaid or my state health exchange before applying to the Pfizer Patient Assistance Program for free medicines or savings?
Pfizer does not require patients to apply to their state health exchange first. However, for some medicines, patients who appear eligible for Medicaid will be asked to apply for the program while we provide temporary patient assistance if eligible.
